A herb infused gin miniature served over smoking dry ice with rose liqueur, floral syrup, fresh lemon and edible flowers. Fun, fragrant and perfect for Spring!



A refreshing combination of bombay sapphire gin, amaretto, cherry liqueur, cloudy apple with fresh lemon and a dash of cherry bitters.



With vodka, rose syrup, passionfruit syrup, lemon juice, passionfruit juice and a shot of prosecco on the side, ‘Sipping the Velvet’ is a seriously suave serve.

A simple blend of bombay sapphire gin, freshly squeezed lime, fresh mint and cucumber, to sip slowly by the waterside.



A twist on an old fashioned with rosemary and zested orange, handcrafted woodford reserve whiskey, demerara sugar and dandelion bitters. Full of flavour, our unique creation takes the fantastic flavour of Woodford Reserve whisky to a whole new level.

Alexander's Skipton Bar | Elderflower Dacquri Cocktail Recipe


60ml white rum

25ml elderflower cordial

20ml freshly squeezed lime juice



Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake! Pour straight up into a glass and garnish with lime wedges, possibly even a mint sprig if you’re feeling fresh. Simple!
